Our Instructors come from a range of backgrounds, including fitness, dance, yoga and pilates. Our team has been chosen for their comprehensive skills as trainers, they have undergone extensive training through our own internal programme and have been accredited as trainers and assessors by both PD Approval and ActiveIQ. We run a vigorous internal quality assurance programme and are subject to external verification.
