When you buy an online course with Spin City it will show up on your course dashboard within a maximum of 2 days.

You can download a digital copy of your Spin City course manual by logging into your online learning profile and starting your online course.

If you’re unhappy with an assessment task decision there is a formal appeals process in place.  

You can resubmit as many times as you need within your course deadline – there is no fee for a reassessment grading.

Results for automatically marked theory assessments are returned immediately. Results for any theory or practical assessment that is marked by the Spin City assessors will be returned within a maximum of 5 working days.

All assessment submissions are marked by our mentoring and assessments team. 

If your course has expired we offer the chance to re-enrol online at any time. Levelled courses cost £100 each and all other courses such as workshops and CPD courses cost £50 each.

Six-month course extensions are available for a flat fee of £65 per course. Depending on your circumstance we may be able to waive the fee if you meet our exemption criteria.

You have one year from the date of purchase to complete your online course and assessment. Course extensions are also available if you need more time.
