The Spin City aerial silks instructor training course series is written in a different format to our other disciplines. Our initial course has been called ‘Foundation’ as we believe these are the core skills as an instructor. From this point onward, each of the additional courses will be skill-specific. They will focus on a specific trick, or movement, and we will look at all the entries, exits, variations, regressions and progressions of that skill.
