The Spin City Pole Flow Instructor Course will show you to how break down and teach key pole flow transitions and build sequences of your own. You will learn ways to help your students to gain in confidence, fluidity, and eventually develop their own style of flow.

Course requirements and pre-requisites
You will need:
- To meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
- To hold a Spin City Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor Course certificate, or equivalent certificate.
- Access to the internet via a PC, laptop, or mobile device.
- Access to at least 1 pole and an appropriate training environment.
- A minimum of 2 hours’ study/training time per week (to complete the course within the 1-year deadline).
Course units
The theory section of this course will look at the why we teach flow and different ways to introduce it in your classes, including teaching techniques and the benefits flow can to your studio and students.
The practical section will over fundamental pole flow techniques breaking down a wide variety of individual skills before covering ready-made combinations and prompts to develop your own.

Course assessment
This course has a theory assessment only; questions related to each unit of the course and are multiple choice, or short answers.
You will have 1 year from the date you are enrolled onto the course to complete the online study and assessment.
