Course Details

The Spin City Instructor Courses are designed to provide progressive instructor training, building from the fundamentals of safe and effective coaching.

This is first module of the Spin City Beginners Instructor Programme, and once completed, it applies across all disciplines—so you only need to complete it once.

This module covers everything from essential equipment knowledge and health and safety practices to class planning, choreography, and strength and conditioning techniques. You’ll gain valuable skills in teaching, adapting to different participant needs, and designing effective warm-ups and cool-downs.

The discipline-specific module (pole, hoop, silks, sling or trapeze) will then cover the beginners syllabus with a full break down of teaching for each move and the final assessment for the course as a whole.

Please note: Spin City courses are designed to certify you to teach adult participants over the age of 18. This module is designed to accompany our discipline-specific certifications in order to fully certify you for your chosen area in pole and/or aerial.
