The Spin City Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor Blended Learning Course includes everything you need to prepare for your instructor training course.
Please note: This course is designed for teaching on static poles including chrome, stainless steel, brass and powder coated finishes.
Before the in-person course you need to read through the course material and watch the course videos in this online platform. In order to claim your certificate you need to have completed all of the online tasks, attended the face-to-face course and passed the final practical assessment.
You will need:
- access to the internet via a PC, laptop, or mobile device
- access to at least 1 static pole
- a minimum of 1-2 hours’ study/training time per week
- a device to film videos on (mobile phones are allowed)
This course has two main parts to the assessment; an online theory assessment and a practical assessment. You will be asked to submit some parts of the practical assessment ahead of your course – these are highlighted below.

Part 2: Warm Up.To be submitted online. Film a warm up, as outlined in the course.
Part 3: Teaching Moves. Assessed in-person. Teach 3 individual moves from the course to at least 1 student.
Part 4: Combination of Moves. Assessed in-person. Demonstrate a combination of 5 moves from the course syllabus.
Part 5: Cool Down. To be submitted online. Film a cool down, as outlined in the course.
