As a student of pole and aerial, you’ll likely be constantly on the lookout for ways to improve your flexibility. If you’re an instructor, you may be looking to provide additional tools to your students to help them on the way to their goals. Whichever it is, developing your abilities through active flexibility training can help you reach your goals.

The course may take you anywhere between 4-6 hours to complete. Because it is broken into smaller units, you can take a break at any time and find it is easy to pick up where you left off.

At the end of the course, you’ll find a series of theory questions to test you on what you have learned and help you embed it into your practice.

Course requirements

You will need:

  • To meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
  • Access to the internet via a PC, laptop, or mobile device.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes’ study/training time per week (to complete the course within the 1-year deadline).

This course is theory-based with no practical elements. It’s suitable for all certified pole and aerial instructors, as well as pole and aerial students who are interested in expanding their theoretical knowledge. This course is designed to help you better understand anatomy and physiology in relation to pole and aerial training and any elements that require further training or signposting to another professional will be highlighted appropriately.

Course assessment

This course has a theory assessment only; questions related to each unit of the course and are multiple choice, or short answers.

You will have 1 year from the date you are enrolled onto the course to complete the online study and assessment.
