The Spin City Strength & Conditioning Course will provide you with key theoretical knowledge about strength and conditioning; we will define terms, explore benefits and risks, training guidelines, principles and methods. This will be supported by practical exercises on the ground and across a range of pole and aerial equipment.
AFAA and NASM members can earn the following Continuing Education Units on completion of this course: AFAA 1.0 CEUs, NASM 1.0 CEUs.
Course requirements
You will need:
- To meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
- Access to the internet via a PC, laptop, or mobile device.
- Access to a pole, hoop, silk, or sling in appropriate training environment is beneficial.
- A minimum of 2 hours’ study/training time per week (to complete the course within the 1-year deadline).

Course ASSESSMENT
This course has a theory assessment only; questions related to each unit of the course and are multiple choice, or short answers.
You will have 1 year from the date you are enrolled onto the course to complete the online study and assessment.
