The Spin City Stretching and Flexibility Instructor Course will provide you with a base of theoretical knowledge and practical techniques to teach safe and effective flexibility classes – either alongside pole and aerial, or as a standalone session. You can expect to cover benefits and risks of stretching, factors controlling flexibility, methods of training, and the science behind flexibility, finishing with some flexibility exercises.

The accompanying course syllabus covers over 45 exercises suitable for beginners to flexibility training, along with additional options to ensure the safe progression of your students.

This course includes two modules; a Coaching module to cover essential theory and the Stretching and Flexibility module with the full syllabus of exercises. If you’ve already completed the Coaching module, you won’t need to repeat it!

AFAA and NASM members can earn the following Continuing Education Units on completion of this course: AFAA 1.5 CEUs, NASM 1.5 CEUs.
