COURSE DETAILS
The Spin City Trapeze Beginners Instructor Course will cover the fundamental skills of trapeze, using a trapeze rigged to a single point (also known as dance trapeze). This course will provide a syllabus that will allow you to ensure the safe progression of your students, including skills under the trapeze, poses on the bar, standing skills and a variety of adaptations to make this classic circus apparatus accessible to your students.
This course includes two modules; a coaching module to cover essential theory and the Trapeze module with the full beginners syllabus.
The Blended Learning Course is designed to accompany your face to face training day.
Please note: Spin City courses are designed to certify you to teach adult participants over the age of 18.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
You will need:
- To meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
- A minimum of 1 years’ trapeze experience (recommended).
- Access to the internet via a PC, laptop, or mobile device.
- A confirmed booking on a face to face training day.
- Basic first aid and anatomy knowledge is also recommended.
