The Spin City Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor Training Course will cover the fundamentals of safe and effective Pole Fitness Instruction.
This is a blended learning course that requires you to complete the theory aspects of the training online prior to attending the face to face course to complete the practical elements.
At your face to face course, your tutor will cover all of the moves in our Beginners Pole Syllabus. You will be taught how to break down each move, then teach it effectively including regressions, progressions, modifications and spotting technique. We will also cover how you can combine these moves into combinations and sequences to challenge your students.
Pre-Requisites: Pole Fitness experience – minimum of 12 months, approximately 50-100 practice hours (e.g. attending classes/workshops/shadowing/co-teaching/working with a mentor/lesson observations). Introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology and first aid is also recommended but not required to attend the course.
