Course SupportResults for automatically marked theory assessments are returned immediately. Results for any theory or practical assessment that is marked by the Spin City assessors will be returned within a maximum of 5 working days.

Course SupportIf your course has expired we offer the chance to re-enrol online at any time. Levelled courses cost £100 each and all other courses such as workshops and CPD courses cost £50 each.

Course SupportSix-month course extensions are available for a flat fee of £65 per course. Depending on your circumstance we may be able to waive the fee if you meet our exemption criteria.

Course SupportYou have one year from the date of purchase to complete your online course and assessment. Course extensions are also available if you need more time.
