What happens if I do not pass?
Theory assessments: If you do not pass a theory assessment you will be able to retake it straight away. There is no limit on the number of times you can retry the theory assessment within your course deadline.
Practical assessment: If you do not pass a practical assessment, your online mentor will provide you with an action plan along with your feedback. The action plan will give clear instructions of what we will need to see so you can reach the pass mark.
What if I want to appeal against my assessment?
All assessment candidates are assessed by qualified and suitably skilled assessors and are assessed against our published assessment criteria. In the event that a candidate wishes to appeal against their assessment decision, they may appeal in writing. Details of ‘Grounds for Appeal’ and the procedure to apply are available through the assessments team or Spin City HQ directly by email on spincityaerialfitness@gmail.com.
