Strength and Conditioning is an essential part of pole and aerial training. In this course, we will define terms, explore benefits and risks, training guidelines, principles and methods. This will be supported by practice exercises covering a range of disciplines (pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks/sling) including ground based skills.
The Spin City Grounded Hoop Instructor Course will teach you how to effectively use your aerial hoop at a low height to support and adapt existing moves and will expand your repertoire to include a range of low height- specific techniques.
The Spin City Intermediate Aerial Sling Instructor Course focuses on developing the skills taught at the Beginners Level, whilst adding on the next section of the syllabus.
