FULL COURSE DESCRIPTION
Catchers, Cross Catchers and S-Wrap are all moves in which the body is inverted and supported by a wrap around the waist with one leg hooked on the post. The difference between the three lies in the positioning of the tail relative to the post and the body. This course will ensure you can confidently identify each move, providing you with several entry and exit points, along with a range of skills that fit neatly into combinations.
