FULL COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Spin City Climbs and Descents Instructor Workshop will provide you with a fresh selection of moves to add to your syllabus. This module of our aerial silks instructor workshop series recaps the foundations of climbing and provides a variety of descent options, before expanding on techniques with progressions of the basics up to challenging inverted climbs that require extra strength, control and stamina. Climbing is a fundamental skill within aerial silks; it allows for an extra dimension to be displayed within performance and skill-based execution, and provides a base on which to add tricks, inversions and drops.
