FULL COURSE DESCRIPTION
Anatomy and Physiology is the study of the human body, encompassing but not limited to its structure, how it moves and what it can do. This course aims to give you a good foundation of basic anatomy and physiology and shows you how you can directly apply this to pole and aerial training. It covers a range of topics including the science behind warming up and cooling down, bones, joints, muscles and nerves. Upon completion of this course you should have a heightened awareness of how and why the body moves the way it does and feel confident to apply this knowledge to both your own pole and aerial training and your teaching and coaching sessions.
