The Spin City combined Beginners and Intermediate Pole Instructor Training Package covers all the fundamentals of safe and effective Pole Fitness instruction while developing your knowledge and skills of our Intermediate syllabus.
Number of Hours:
Online training: 20-30 hours for each level
Learning tasks/assessment prep: 4-6 hours for each level
Recommended practice: 50-100 hours for each level (individual technique, attending classes, workshops, CPD, teaching and spotting practice, shadowing, co-teaching, working with a mentor and lesson observations)
Cost of Course: £525 (payment due on booking)
Pre-Requisites: Pole Fitness experience (minimum of 12 months) along with introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology/first aid is recommended. Please note you should be of a competant intermediate level in your own training to be able to complete the practical elements of this course.
Assessment: The Beginners course has a two part assessment; stage 1, complete your Instructor Workbook online (theory assessment) prior to the training course. Stage 2, film yourself teaching an hour long Beginners Class. The Intermediate course also has a two part assessment; stage 1 – Technical Assessment, film yourself performing 80% of the Intermediate moves with safe and correct technique. Stage 2 – Practical Assessment, film yourself teaching an hour long Intermediate class. Please note: the assessment for this course should be completed using static poles.
