Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor
Anatomy and Physiology Foundations for Pole and Aerial
Number of Hours:
Online training: 20-30 hours for Beginners Pole, 10-20 hours for Anatomy
Learning tasks/assessment prep: 4-6 hours for Beginners Pole, 2-4 hours for Anatomy
Recommended practice: 50-100 hours for Beginners Pole (individual technique, attending classes, workshops, CPD, teaching and spotting practice, shadowing, co-teaching, working with a mentor and lesson observations)
Cost of Course: £350 (payment due on booking)
Pre-Requisites: Pole Fitness experience (minimum of 12 months) along with introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology/first aid is recommended. Please note you should be of a competent intermediate level in your own training to be able to complete the practical elements of this course.
Assessment: The Beginners course has a two part assessment; stage 1, complete your Instructor Workbook online (theory assessment) prior to the training course. Stage 2, film yourself teaching an hour long Beginners Class. Please note: the assessment for this course should be completed using static poles. The Anatomy and Physiology Course Assessment is via an online, multiple choice test.
