Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor
Anatomy and Physiology Foundations for Pole and Aerial
Number of Hours:
Online training: 20-30 hours for Beginners Pole, 10-20 hours for Anatomy
Learning tasks/assessment prep: 4-6 hours for Beginners Pole, 2-4 hours for Anatomy
Recommended practice: 50-100 hours for Beginners Pole (individual technique, attending classes, workshops, CPD, teaching and spotting practice, shadowing, co-teaching, working with a mentor and lesson observations)
Cost of Course: £340 (payment due on booking)
Pre-Requisites: Pole Fitness experience (minimum of 12 months) along with introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology/first aid is recommended. Please note you should be of a competent intermediate level in your own training to be able to complete the practical elements of this course.
Assessment: The Beginners course has a two part assessment; stage 1, complete your Instructor Workbook online (theory assessment) prior to the training course. Stage 2, film yourself teaching an hour long Beginners Class. The Anatomy and Physiology Course Assessment is via an online, multiple choice test.
