The Spin City Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor Training Course will cover the fundamentals of safe and effective Pole Fitness Instruction. This course will provide you with every aspect you need to start teaching confident and effective fitness Pole Fitness classes in your community.

Pre-Requisites: Pole Fitness experience (minimum of 12 months) along with introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology/first aid is recommended.
Assessment: This course has a two part assessment; stage 1 – Theory Assessment, answer the theory questions related to each unit of the course. Stage 2 – Practical Assessment, film a warm up, class introduction, a combination of moves from the course syllabus, and a cool down (with or without students). With at least one student, film yourself teaching and spotting three individual moves from the course.
