The purpose of this book is to provide a learning aid to use in Aerial Hoop Classes. This book should be used as a memory aid for the moves you have learnt from a certified instructor, rather than to teach yourself new moves. Moves are performed at your own risk at all times and should only be attempted by a competent person, in a class environment in the presence of a trained and certified instructor and spotter using professionally purchased and installed equipment, after a full warm up. Ensure adequate safety equipment is also present including but not limited to safety (crash) mats underneath the hoop. The aerial hoop moves featured may not be suitable for everybody and whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of this material, all the movements shown carry an element of risk. The moves shown in this book are of a highly physical nature and should only be performed by apparently healthy persons in good physical condition on the recommendation of your healthcare practitioner and under the guidance of your instructor.
