COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Spin City Pole Fitness Beginners Instructor Course provides a strong foundation in safe, effective pole fitness instruction. It covers a wide range of fundamental skills and key coaching techniques, including ground-based moves, beginner spins, climbs, and seats on the pole. You’ll also find progression moves to help your students build confidence and get ready for intermediate level training, providing you with a syllabus that will allow you to ensure the safe progression of your students.
This course includes two modules:
- the Coaching module, which covers essential theory and coaching skills
- the Pole module, which takes you through the syllabus of moves, combinations and conditioning at beginners level.
If you have completed the Coaching module previously, you will not need to repeat it.
