Strength and Conditioning is an essential part of pole and aerial training. In this course, we will define terms, explore benefits and risks, training guidelines, principles and methods. This will be supported by practical exercises covering a range of disciplines (pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks/sling) including ground based skills.

Assessment: This course requires a short video upload (approximately 10 minutes) to demonstrate your practical and teaching technique and has a multiple choice theory quiz at the end of the course.
