FULL COURSE DESCRIPTION
Strength and Conditioning is an essential part of pole and aerial training. In this course, we will define terms, explore benefits and risks, training guidelines, principles and methods. This will be supported by a host of practice exercises covering a range of disciplines (pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks/sling) including ground based exercises, strength and conditioning training programmes and class plans.
