This course will aim to provide you with the knowledge to design and deliver safe and effective flexibility programmes and sessions for your pole and aerial students. You can expect to cover benefits and risks, factors controlling flexibility, methods of training, the science behind flexibility, finishing with exactly what you need to be flexible for pole and aerial fitness including everything from specific warm ups, to targeted moves to stretch sequences and class plans.
