The course assessment includes multiple choice quizzes at the end of each unit and a short video learning task, for which you’ll receive feedback from your online mentor. Once you have completed the online element of the training course you will then need to submit your technical assessment, which comprises a short video of the six core course moves to assess your technique.

Strength and Conditioning online course
£155.00 price including tax Add to basketStrength and Conditioning is an essential part of pole and aerial training. In this course, we will define terms, explore benefits and risks, training guidelines, principles and methods. This will be supported by practical exercises covering a range of disciplines (pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks/sling) including ground based skills.
The course assessment includes multiple choice quizzes at the end of each unit along with a short video (approximately 10 minutes) to demonstrate your practical and teaching technique to your online mentor, for which you will receive feedback. You will be required to teach a minimum of one student for the practical assessment.
