I love that the courses include many safety points for each skill, proper engagement, proper spotting, and common mistakes and how to address them.
It’s great that they also require instructor candidates to provide teaching videos along with skill combination videos. The mentors all give fabulous feedback and actually care if candidates are providing quality and safe instruction. I am already planning my next course!
