  • Either Front or Side Amazon
  • Any entry shown in the course allowed
  • Straight bottom arm
  • Bottom/bracing arm at an angle under horizontal
  • Secure grip in armpit or neck (depending on option chosen)
  • Top arm off for 3 seconds
  • Any exit shown in the course allowed
